Every homeowner who reaches out to Fighterspost Heating & Air should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Fighterspost Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Fighterspost Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@fighterspost.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
